Ipamorelin
Switches on the pituitary through the ghrelin receptor, but leaves cortisol and prolactin alone.

What it is
A short peptide mimicking ghrelin, the hormone an empty stomach releases. Ghrelin releases growth hormone through a second route, alongside the GHRH route.
How it works
Where older variants such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 also touch cortisol and prolactin, ipamorelin does so barely or not at all. In a study design that makes it the cleanest signal within this family.
What the research shows
Clinical research has been done, including on bowel movement after surgery. For the uses it is known for in this field the evidence is thinner.
Research status
Clinically studied in humans.
Practical
Often studied together with a GHRH peptide because the two routes reinforce each other; the combination with CJC-1295 without DAC is the most studied blend in this group.

CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF 1-29: a short acting GHRH fragment that follows the natural pulses.
